The March 4 Public Policy meeting will feature two speakers. First, Rick Anthony, Chair of Zero Waste San Diego will discuss his proposal to increase the solid waste disposal fee from $0.10 per ton to $1.00 per ton. Then, Fred Kosmo, Chair of the Peninsula Community Planning Board will discuss their opposition to the proposed H Barracks Homeless Facility.
