If your organization is planning a candidate forum for a local race and would like the LWV San Diego to facilitate, please complete this form. We suggest candidates interested in participating in candidate forums reach out to various town councils/community groups in their district to ask them to host a forum.

We offer in-person candidate forums, as well as Zoom Webinars which can accommodate up to 500 viewers. We do not provide marketing, but will post the event on our calendar and on social media. Event recordings will be made available on our YouTube channel within one day. Our primary focus is ensuring the event is run in a way that is fair to all candidates and provides a chance for voters to get to know the candidates or issue at hand.
