The Ann Clark Scholarship was established to give higher education students studying women’s studies, political science, public administration, ethnic studies or other relevant topics an opportunity for experiential or immersion programs outside the regular educational classroom. Such learning opportunities must align with LWVSD priorities.The scholarship is available to a student or students attending a college or university in the City of San Diego, Chula Vista, Coronado, El Cajon, Imperial Beach, La Mesa, Lemon Grove, National City, Poway and Santee and in the unincorporated areas of San Diego County south of Highway 56 and Poway.The Legacy Scholarship is offered to San Diego area students both as an opportunity for the selected student but also with the belief and expectation that the experience provided will serve as an opportunity to build future involvement with the League’s work.
