Now that the Covid caseload in the County is diminishing, we have rescheduled the tour of the Registrar of Voters (ROV) facilities that had to be postponed last month. The Voter Empowerment Committee invites all members to register to join us on Thursday, March 3 at 1 pm. Entrance is limited to the first 15 registrants, but we will have a waiting list and will schedule another date if there is enough interest.

The tour should take about an hour and will be held at the ROV Headquarters at 5600 Overland Ave Suite 100 San Diego, CA.

During this event you will get an opportunity to see how elections are conducted in our county, how your ballot gets processed and counted, and get all your election questions answered. We will also get to see first-hand how the ROV is implementing the Voters Choice Act for our county.

For the well-being of all, we ask that only people who are fully vaccinated or who have had a recent negative Covid test attend. Since it will be conducted indoors, we are also asking attendees to wear masks during the tour.

Hope that you can join us!
