Annual Meeting

We look forward to seeing you at our Annual Meeting, featuring keynote speaker Former Congresswoman Susan Davis. Susan is one of San Diego’s longest-serving representatives and she got her start in politics by serving as our League president in the 1970s. So we appreciate her joining us to share her perspectives.

The Annual Meeting provides our members a formal opportunity to vote on our operations – including our officers and directors, bylaws, and budget – so it’s important that you attend because you must be present to vote. Please review your meeting 2021 Annual Meeting Booklet, so you can prepare. The items on which you’ll be asked to vote can be found on pages 7-16. You’ll also find annual reports from each of our committees. NOTE: In the spirit of transparency, continuous improvement, and meeting the needs of our Annual Meeting presenters, our team updated the Annual Meeting booklet on 6/15/21. We have called attention to our recent changes by using the strikethrough feature and highlighting new wording or additions by using color. You’ll see we have also designated seconds to back up our original presenters to help ensure the meeting proceeds as planned.

For your convenience, we have compressed our agenda and will conduct this meeting virtually. Since we need a quorum to conduct this business meeting, we urge you to attend and register now.
