We need your help! AB 1071 co-sponsors are looking for constituents to tell their assemblymember to vote YES!!! on AB 1071. Read the support letter from the LWV of California.

I believe strongly that people should not be discriminated against in criminal court, and that if a person can demonstrate that their case was tainted by racism or appeals to bias based on ethnicity or nationality, that the courts should have the means to address that terrible error.
